A Critical Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Detail Just Leaked

A critical Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra detail just leaked, confirming that Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, rumored to be held in Paris on July 10, will indeed feature the new Galaxy Watch Ultra. Recent rumors have suggested the event will showcase the next generation of foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, along with new Galaxy Watches and even a Galaxy Ring.

Thanks to a leak on Samsung’s own website, it’s now confirmed that there will be a Galaxy Watch Ultra. Originally spotted by 91Mobiles, Samsung’s support site published a page named “Galaxy Watch Ultra,” confirming its existence. Though the page has since been taken down, it revealed the watch would not be called “Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra” as previously speculated.

Key Details About the Galaxy Watch Ultra

Before the support page was removed, it confirmed several critical details about the Galaxy Watch Ultra. It will be available in an LTE variant and feature a 47mm case, which is slightly smaller than the 49mm Apple Watch Ultra but larger than the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic’s 46mm case.

Leaked renders reveal that the Galaxy Watch Ultra will have a rugged design, featuring a circular dial within a rounded square case. It will sport an orange crown button on the right side, flanked by two additional buttons. The watch is expected to come in a grade 4 titanium chassis with a sapphire crystal glass display. Two color options have been seen: white with silver and black with dark gray.

Competing with Apple Watch Ultra

Positioned as a direct competitor to the Apple Watch Ultra, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is rumored to be priced around $700, slightly less than Apple’s $800 price tag. The Galaxy Watch Ultra’s premium materials and rugged design suggest it aims to attract the same high-end market as Apple’s offering.
